I installed it sucessfully, here it the SOLUTION:<br />
<br />
1. Create another USER ACCOUNT (Ctrl Panel | User Accounts) with full ADMINSTRATOR permissions.<br />
2. Login on that account and install .NET framework 1.1 redistributable <br />
3. Log back on the primary ACCOUNT and use it // I think you can even delete that other USER ACCOUNT at this point.<br />
