ClickOnce Deployment Question

Here are my questions all related to ClickOnce Deployment

1) Can you change the default installation path for a clickonce deployment to something like C:\Program Files\AppName?
2) If I cannot change the default installation path, is there a way to determine what the path is?
3) If not, how could I implement this (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/networking/pluggable/overview/appendix_a.asp) functionality with a ClickOnce application?
