Refreshing Ads with Adrotator without refreshing the entire page?

I am using Visual Studio 2005 to display two advertisements using adrotator.  Each advertisement has six images to display.  I have my references to the images in a SQL data base.  This all works fine and the images rotate each time the page is refreshed.  However, I want the images to change after a 5 second interval without having to refresh the entire page.  Please advise.
