VB.net Ascii flat file

Asked by Jimbo99999 in .NET, Microsoft Visual Basic.Net

Good Day
Experts:

I am trying to output table data to a flat ascii file and am having a little difficulty with the position spacing.
When I create my string for each row of data, I am going to use vbTab for a 5 position space.

What do I use if I need to space 2 positions over in the row before I start with the data?
Also, let's say after I space 2 positions then some data then need to go 7 spaces would I just do vbTab
then 2 times for whatever it is for the space.

Thanks,
