ASP.net with Documentum

I'm developing an application in asp.net to interface with documentum. Documentum will act as  a back end repository. I want to be able to upload and download documents through ASP.net .
I've installed DFC run time environment and DFC PIA 6.5.0 but don't really know how to proceed further.
Please help!!! I'm desperate for an answer.

Are you familiar with WebServices? If you are I will recommend you to use this instead of DFC and PIA. Documentum 6.5 provides WebServices out of the box to support the operations you required.

I'm utterly unable to find an example that provide examples of using the web services from a .Net environment - and the web services available seem to be a significantly reduced subset of the full APIs that were previously avalable.
