Using C# to send a file via Outlook email.

I have a folder consisting of many files that I want to send out every day via Outlook. I want to create a simple C# windows application that grabs a file and sends it off using my Outlook.

As simple as possible would be great. I can make it complex later.

Does it have to use Outlook?  Using MailMessage and MailClient classes would be easier, but require you to use internet e-mail addresses and an SMTP server.  Do you want all files attached in one email?
