DataGridView - Adding an image to a certain column

Hi All,

Before I jump off the roof in disgust, can someone give me a clean way of adding an image to each row (in one column) in a DGV.  I have looked at various samples, but can't figure out how to do it in a Row/Col indexed manner.

I have created a DGV with 20 rows and 4 columns.  Three out of the four columns are the standard DataGridViewTextBoxColumn and the forth column is a DataGridViewImageColumn.

In a for loop I am updating all the cells in the DGV like this:
For Row = 0 to 19
For Col = 0 to 3
If Col < 3 Then MyDataGrid(Col, Row).value = "Some Value"
If Col = 3 Then MyDataGrid(Col, Row).value = MyImage     'this obviously doesnt work
Next
Next

Additionally, I also have a 20by20 pixel bmp image as a resource so I want to use that image to populate the one column in each row...  help...
