Transfer data from XML to Oracle9i

I have exported employee table data rom MSAccess2000 to XML by XMLWrite in VB.NET.
Now I have the same table in Oracle9i database. I want to transfer the data from XML to Oracle 9i employee table. I want to know code in VB.NET. I am using Visual Studio 2002.

Do you want to append to an existing table or create a new table?

I want to append to an existing table.
If that is not possible then I can create a new temporary table and the transfer the data to the original table. But the application preference is to append data to existing table
