Just create a new query:
SELECT b.name AS USERName, c.name AS RoleName
FROM sysmembers AS a INNER JOIN
sysusers AS b ON a.memberuid = b.uid INNER JOIN
sysusers AS c ON a.groupuid = c.uid
WHERE (c.name = 'db_datawriter') AND (b.name = @UserName)
If rows count >0 then make your buttons enabled, if count =0 - disabled
