Math: Convert base 10 to base 32

I know that VB.NET doesn't have a ConvertToBase(Number,Base) built in.

Does someone have any base 32 functions already whipped up?

I need something like:

ConvertToBase32(byval Input as integer) as string

and

ConvertFromBase32(byval Input as string) as integer

Saw it, it works but the padding has issues...I could just modify that if no one else has any pre-made functions.  

I can't believe this isn't built into the framework!

Here is another piece of code you might be able to use. It's pretty old but you can probably convert it to .net.
