Question
SFTP using VB.NET
I need to write an executable which can send the files through SFTP using vb.net. Can this be done using vb.net or do I have to purchase a library? Has anyone done this in vb.net?

the .NET Framework does not include the SSH or SFTP support. You have to look for a third party library. There is at least one free (tamirgal), and a few commercial.

I have done one program using PSFTP and VB.NET.
It is pretty straightforward. PSFTP is commandline invoked.
