I am not familiar with the Devshock.Tool.ThreadPoolMa
So you might want to double-check if thats indeed what the ThreadPoolManager you are using does, otherwise you will have to go with a solution like the one I posted earlier.

The threading makes use of the default .NET threadpool.
It is possible to change the maximum of 25 threads in the threadpool though not easy.
