The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? I have a VBScript that executes DTS package. I need to convert it to VB.NET Class. This VB.net class will execute the DTS Package.
I will be calling this class from the webpage.
