Disable mouse and keybord exept space bar windows forms

I would like to disable all mouse and keyboard actions in a windows form. Just leave keyboard space active
When the user clicks space I want to let him type into txtusername and txtpassword and hit btnLogin only
-then-
after succesfull login I want to enable all mouse and keyboard action

Any ideas?
