How to add embeded UAC manifest into application executable?

Hi, i'm working on vista certification for our developed application using VB.Net. The project built outputs are MyApp.msi and setup.exe.

I'm able to add embeded manifest by create a xml and embed into installer executable(setup.exe) by using Manifest Tool, as below:

Questions:
1. How to hard code this manifest into our source code? possible??
2. How to add the same embeded manifest to the application executable after running setup.exe? e.g MyApp.exe
