Hidden value from return mySQL query into combobox & others

i'm using mysql.net as my datasource.

i have problem to populate hidden value into combobox (or maybe checkbox & radio button later on). i try to use ValueMember, but it only holds the last value of the returned rows.

how can i do this with vb.net?
