How to remove Main Report tab from Crystal Reports window

Hi,
Q1) Is it possible to remove the 'Main Report' tab from Crystal Reports view/CrystalreportViewer?

Q2) After I create/populate the report I use 'PreviewForm.Show' statement to show the actual Report/Form however that results in a smaller report window being shown for about 1/4 second.
How can I eliminate that intermediate report from being shown?
