Intercept mouse wheel

When I scroll the mouse wheel and a combo box has focus it scrolls through the drop down list. How do I intercept the scroll and stop this from happening?

Ok, I pasted the code in and it doesn't work. I debug.print(m.msg) and never seem to get the integer value of the mouse scroll even when use the scroll.
Suggestions?

I did change the following code because I am using an infragistics combo -

I assumed that wouldn't make a difference. Maybe I'm wrong?

Ah...it makes a huge difference that the control isn't built-in to VB.Net. =\

I don't believe you can use this technique...

What kind of messages do you get with this?

I don't know how to do it then sorry. I believe you would have to hook the control using an external language such as Delphi or C++.
