Sendkey at timed intervals in a form

Asked by Spur in Microsoft Visual Basic.Net

I am very new to VB programming so I will be very grateful for a detailed explanation of this process. I created a project with a form that is a web browser and only opens one page. This is to show stats on a tv in an office. This machine has a mandatory screensaver that kicks on in 15 minutes. Since it is not an option to disable this screensaver, and the machines only purpose will be to display these stats, I thought adding a sendkey of 'F5' to refresh the window every 10 minutes or so would be sufficient to work around this screensaver issue. So I need a repeating every 10 minute sendkey. I hate to ask this, but if someone could give a walkthrough on how do this in the app, I would be immensely grateful. Thanks.Start Free Trial
