Save Before Run VB.Net (2005 Express)

This may seem like a silly question but, is there an option like VB6 had that will cause VB to not automatically save the project files when you click "Run"?  (or at least ask before saving).

Don't know about Express, but in the full version of VS2005, go to Tools > Options > Projects and Solutions > Build and Run, then make a change to the Before Building drop-down option
