Please wait while windows configures microsoft visual studio team system 2008 developers edition
I have just recently reloaded my development machine and am now getting this "please wait while windows configures microsoft visual studio team system 2008 developers edition" everytime that I build a setup package. I kind of remember getting this way back when but now that I reloaded I get it everytime I create a setup package. Off the top of my head I can not remember how you make this go away and have packages created quickly. Any help would be great.
