Yes. It does display the EvalDataSet.xsd and its tables.

Browse All TopicsI have a table, EvalItems, which has a primary indexed key, ProjID.
I also have some other tables, Tbl1, Tbl2, Tbl3, etc. which also have the same primary indexed key, ProjID with the same data type, etc. as that in EvalItems. I created these separately at different times so I did not relate them in any way.
Now I want to make EvalItems a parent table and the others Child tables. None of the tables take or give or report information from one or the other. However, I do want to be able to Delete all of the Child tables in a cascade when the parent, EvalItems is deleted.
Unfortunately I do not know how to make those relations now that they have been created. Is there a way to do this without programming the relations, in other words by utilizing a tool rather than code? If so, how do I get at the tool? And use it?
The MSDN tutorial says, essentially, to use:: ...Relations property of the DataSet, and the ChildRelations and ParentRelations properties of the DataTable. But I don't see how to get at those properties now.

Until now I never had a reason to look up the Server Explorer. The MS Library has this explation:
"In the Visual Studio Express products, this window is named Database Explorer. In all other Visual Studio products, this window is named Server Explorer. "
So apparently they are both the same but with different names. It may also be that the Database Explorer has fewer features than does the Server Explorer. I just don't know.
Still, I don't have a clue of how to create relations in spite of the modicum of help attempted above. I only need to establish the relationships to cascade Deletions and I can do that with code if need be.
