Stop Form Closing

On a native windows form, on the Form Closing event I have a dialog box that is asking the user if they wish to close the form or not.  If they choose "No" I want to stop the closing event and return back to the form.  How do I do this?

Set e.cancel=true in the formclosing event to stop the close
