I need some help invoking a class

It can be found here

http://www.pinvoke.net/default.aspx/shell32/shappbarmessage.html

How do I use this class?

I have multiple bars that I need to dock, but I cant even make it work with one.

I tried

Dim x as new AppBar(myform,appbarstyle,myform.size)

But nothing happens

I am using VB 2008, the class looks fine but I just have no idea how to use it!

I Started with the code here:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Languages/.NET/Visual_Basic.NET/Q_21164561.html
...and fixed a couple minor errors.

I was able to open multiple forms docked to the right edge of the screen using:

    Public Class Form1

        Private Sub Button1_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click
            Dim f2 As New Form2
            f2.Show()

    End Class

Here is the code for Form2:
(Form2 had NO Border and only a Button1 to close itself)
