Disable Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Alt+F4 vb.net

Is it possible to disable Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Alt+F4 in vb.net ?

If you do, then they will have to pull the plug to get out of your program.  And they will once they find out that you have kidnapped them.

Ah good point. But my app is not designed to be closed. It runs full screen no explorer and has a shutdown command when they've finished with the PC.
Then you're going to be running on a PC with no other apps.  Or problems...  But if you're running vb.net, you are running Windows which is constantly doing things in the background and sometimes they fail.  Even if you can disable Ctrl+Alt+Delete and Alt+F4, you might want to leave that as the last thing you do after extensive testing.
