delete ur internet cahce and the temp folder and try installing again

.net framework installation error
i am trying to install visual studio.net 2003 ...for that it need to install .net framework
but when i try to install that i get an error
microsoft .net framework cannaot write to the setup log
i am totally stuck didnot have any idea how to remove this error so that the framework could be installed
