Trouble with creating namespaces in C#

I am having trouble with creating and using namespaces in C#. I have the following code snippet below. File 1 is the namespace and I have created a reference in file 2 but I am unable to use the using keyword or the namespace directly.

Please help

Hi,

To reference TestClass you'll have to write

CSharpLibrary.UserCredentials.TestClass

or use

using CSharpLibrary.UserCredentials;
