Asked by VapiSoft in Microsoft Visual C++.Net, Internet Explorer Web Browser, Windows Vista
Hi,
I have a recording program (Supervisor) that works well with a mouse Windows Hook (SetWindowsHook).
I get the mouse clicks on oll applications.
Today one of my clients told me that Supervisor does not record his Internet-Explorer.
I found out that this is a new IE on Vista. I checked it, and found out that the hook does not get the mouse clicks on the IE.
I have IE7.0 running on Vista and there is no problem.
So I think it may be because it is IE8 and maybe there is a special security setting that disable Windows Hooks on IE. Anybody knwos if it is tru and if so, is there a way to overcome this problem???
