Parse CSV file in C#

I need to parse CSV file in C#.

In the CSV file, all string values are enclosed in double-quotes, like this:

26-4-2007,"Val1","Jrnl",2000 Nos,315.75,631496.38,
19-6-2007,"Val2","Jrnl",50 Nos,1000.00,50000.00,
19-6-2007,"Val3","Jrnl",10 Nos,1000.00,10000.00,

The string values may have embedded commas in some cases.
