Need to create a histogram without Excel

I need to automatically prepare a histogram to include in an email, that I can create without using Excel.  Can anyone suggest a tool or method for me to do this?

I have output from a free study that I need to send via email, as an attachmnet (but preferanly in the body of the email) which can display a histogram of the data.  And I need to create this graph, and the email itself, from my C#.NET WinForms program.

Can anyone sugest a free metholodgy for this?

I have interacted extensively with Access via OleDb, and could consider doing it with Excel, if someone knew how to automate this process, and if I could automate this process.
