C# consume web service in class library

hello ... i have no problem consuming a web service in a c# windows forms project..

i tried to do it from a clas library, and its baffled me for at least an hour, probably 2... It will add it fine, but it just won't show up as a namespace on the using keyword... it won't show up in intellisense.  

it is just not recognizing it.  did i bark myself up a wrong tree or what...
