Odd Error while adding an Event Handler - "No Overload matches delegate System.EventHandler"

I'm a VB guy trying to learn C#.

I'm adding controls to a form at runtime with applicable event handlers. My code is posted below.
Why does it throw an exception for only the "LinkClicked" event? I am clueless.
