TabControl - Leave Event

hi all,
I have a TabControl in my form, when i am trying to set its TabControl_Leave() Event it doesn't work properly
When I click a control in my ToolStrip it doesn't fire but it will fire when clicking any other control on the form!
 
Does anyone know why?
I am using C# and windows application - VS 2008
