"There is an error in the XML document" message while posting to a web service

I'm receiving the following error message while posting to a Web Service. "There is an error in the XML document" I really don't have much more information than its a pretty standard submission to the service. The service also works on a UNIT server instance. I'm using Visual Studio 2005 and C#.Start Free Trial
