I am looking at the References tab on my project. I see quite a few of them with yellow exclamations on them and CSLA was one of those. I deleted csla and re-added it from the copy in bin and the three errors generated by that one file were replaces with 1030 errors stemming from other files. I will work on it and report back.

First, I would locate the Csla.dll file. Be sure to check the GAC (C:\Windows\assembly). Make sure the assembly version is 3.0.3.0.

Next, if the file is not in the GAC, I would copy and paste it into the same directory as your executable.
If that still doesn't work, you can enable Fusion logging and see what steps it is taking to load the dll. http://blogs.msdn.com/suzc
