C#.NET - download a file via ftp

I'm creating an application in C# that I need to be able to connect to an FTP site, browse for a file with specific words, download that file, unzip the file and save it to a directory on the server that runs my app.  I need direction as to the class libraries and methods I would need to use in order to accomplish this.
