create a shortcut to the link in your programs/startup folder.
Create a new shortcut on your desktop that points to the link you want to open.
once saved on desktop, drag in onto your start button, button will open menu, hover over programs, menu will open, hover over startup, menu will open, drop it into the menu in the place you want.
