Save change to DataRow in a SQL table

Why the update isn't working.
During debug you can see all fields in the row updated but not committed to the table.

foreach (DataRow dRow in lSDBDataSet.Keys.Rows)
{
   if (dRow["Key"].ToString() == _Key)
   {
      dRow.BeginEdit();
      dRow.SetField("Computer Name", ComputerName);
      dRow.AcceptChanges();
      dRow.EndEdit();
   }

if(lSDBDataSet.HasChanges())
    myDataAdapter.Update( lSDBDataSet.GetChanges());

dRow.AcceptChanges(); // this marks all entries as unchanged in you dataset

Thanks for the help.
your answer gave me the way to solve the problem.

1. As suggested, I removed the line : dRow.AcceptChanges();
2. I made a small change to the update method.

attached the working code.
