SOFTWARE for DRAGGING AND DROPPING FILES, THEN MAKING A LIST

Hi Experts
I have a little problem. I am a Computer Engineering graduate and I have been doing some professional programming to support my studies at my engineering school. That was mostly web programming in ASP and PHP. Now a days I work as an RJ at a radio station and do technical programs like "Youth Zone IT" where I guide about IT and some new advancements and technology. Well what I want you guys to help me with is that I want to create a software in .NET where I have a window and I can drag and drop m.mp3 files in its interface and click on create report button, it just makes me a list of these files. I know about Crystal reports and I can use them with .NET but I have no clue about how to build the drag and drop feature for files. These files can be dragged and dropped into my software window and then I should be able to view them in the same window. All I need from you is to guide me to the right internet resources. I have VS 2003 and I am happy with it so far.

I will use Crystal Reports for printing a customized report and the reason I am using crystal reports is that crystal reports can be used for databases. I will also store the .mp3 info into the database along the DJ/RJ name, date and program name also the id of my station and such things. So right now I am just working on the user interface. Its not difficult to put that all into db.
