WCF DCOM Error

We are in a distributed scenerio. I have a WCF service running on Server A, web server on Server B and  a Database server on Server C.  They are all a part of a workgroup (no domain in our hosted environment NOC).  The web application generates a MSMQ message that goes to the WCF server on Server A.  The WCF service see the message picks it and begins processing.  One of the first things it does is a simple database lookup on Server C.  But when it goes to  execute command we get the following.   When we move the WCF to the same server as the database sits it works fine. Please Help!
I'm sure there is some kind of security issue here - I found an article on registering DCOM and allow inbound and outbound but that doesn't seem to work ? Ideas?!

The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D025)

Both the WCF Server and the DB server need to have MSDTC configured correctly.
Use the Component Services utility in Admin Tools and make sure that when you select the Security Configuration button on the MSDTC tab that Network DTC Access is enabled for both inbound and outbound.
You may need to play with some of the other settings too.
Start with No Authentication Required and work up.

Also make sure that the DB server can correctly resolve the WCF server...DTC goes both ways.

Verified that both servers have 'Network DTC Access' - Allow Remote clients - Allow Inbound Allow Outbound  and No Authentication Required and Enable Transactin Internew Protocol.  Yet still getting the error.  Is there any logging or tracing that may tell me more information?

OK. This is going to sound a bit nuts but I have come across situations where those settings don't take effect until you reboot even though they appear to have been commited. Try rebooting if you can.

Figured it out....  at our NOC all our server run on a work group - come to find out tthe MSDTC like computer names vs IP address to be used in the config.  When I use the MSDTC testing application - I found that the servers couldn't find each other.. I added the IP / name into the hosts file and bamo started working.
