My dlls and pdb files are in the same folder wiht the same timestamp. I have deleted and rebuilt the web apps and they were recreated.

I am trying to hit the breakpoints in my code but when i attach to the w3wp.exe process the symbols are not loaded.

If the dll's and the code are different versions, you'll have trouble attaching the debugger. But here's a nice article describing the details of the process: de.com/Art icles/425. aspx
