Create Regular expression in Visual Studio IDE

I am using Visual Studio IDE 2008. I need to search for multiple keywords in multiple files in a folder...
I need to search jpg, png, bmp keywords that exist in html, htm and xslt files...
I need to have regular expression created for the search...
I am not using code to do this but ctrl + shift+ F i.e. Visual Studio IDE tool to achieve it...
Let me know know how to create a regular expression...

Whenever I have to work with regular expressions, I use a free tool that I found called "RAD Regular Expression Designer". It lets you interactively create the search pattern and immediately see the results, including match groups. It has an insertion menu that you use to build the expression.
