Calling a dll with WCF from windows installer

I created a WCF service in a custom install action dll that I wrote by using the visual studio wizard. It created an endpoint and the right configs in the dll.config file. However, this will be consumed by my setup project. From I understand, I also need to copy the config section into the executing program. Since I can't really create a config file for setup, is this doable?
