You mean that the address in A0 pointed to a memory block that could hold 50 addresses ?
If not, can you show the program you're referring to ?
In any case :
>> Adressing Register A0 is 32bit
is correct.
>> 2) Is there a STOP address function adn how is it used?
There is an instruction called STOP if that's what you mean.
What it does, is load the provided value into the status register. Execution is then suspended.
You can find more information about this instruction on page 539 of the 68000 Programmer Reference Manual :

>> 3) I'm confused why are Mac taught in universities intead of the Intel processor as I believe Intel is more widely used.
The Motorola 68000 has a relatively simple and complete CISC instruction set. Which makes it good for learning assembly.
It is also a lot more common than you might think. It has been in common use over the last 30 years, and so you'll find it in many devices, like printers, PDA's, dvd players, game consoles, etc. and of course the Apple personal computers.
>> Lastly I hope you can provide some sites that I can learn some basics of the motorola 68000 software language.
The 68000 Programmer Reference Manual I linked to earlier would be a good start.
