Question

Where is this function?

Hi
I am rewriting a script that we got from a vendor that checks file locking capabilities. There is a func prototype for something called 'getname()' , but nowhere in the file is the function ever written. Here is the top of the source:

the function is then used a couple of times in the source like:
printf("Read lock is blocked by %d on %s.\n",lock.l_pid,
            getname(lock.l_sysid));
----

it compiles fine, but where is this function or am i not understanding what is going on. i am pretty new to C.
