hi expert!!!
iam using alarm() to set the time,and reset time.but while running my application iam getting the segment fault error.
iam developing client server application ,where client is vc++.net and server is made in c,c++,linux.
how to use this function between the different function call.i have to set the timer for different function which are executed one after the other.

hope you will suggest me the best possible way to use it.
