Create .lib from .dll

Hello,

I have a C dll written with Borland C++5. With Borland C++5, i created a .lib but I can only use it with Borland C++5. I want to use it with Visual C++ 6.

Does anybody know how I can create a .lib for Visual C++ 6 from the .dll ?

I found implib32.exe but it works with dll from Visual C++ 5 and I don't have it.
I found DllToLib but it's not free.

If it's not possible, does anybody know where I can find help for Borladn C++ 5 ?
