Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. Hi i am currently writing a program in C.
I have an text file (text.txt) that contains the following:
WORD % HELLO
OCEAN % ATLANTIC
Where the word before the '%' is the clue, and the word after the '%' is the answer:
I have already programed to get all the contents of a file and place it in a 2 D string, so the code for that looks like:
My question is how can make the program print two parts of the string. The first part will print the clue of the array, and the second part will print blank spaces to show how many letter is contained in the answer. I was able to print the clue using strtok.
But i am not sure how to print just blank spaces showing possibly ( _ ) to show how may letters are in the answer.
