Hi, im trying to do something and assign the values to a pointer to a string. the following is my code.. the current code is not efficient.. any one can help me improve on this? what im trying to achieve is to split the string "ls -a | sort -c| ....." firstly into :
ls -a
sort -c
....
....

then:
ls
sort
...

the reason y i nid to have them separated is because i nid to pass it into execlp or other execution methods
