Convert binary to hexadecimal

I'm having an issue with my conversion from binary to hexadecimal. The code I wrote is reading the binary number from left to right instead of right to left. If the binary number, is divisible by four it works fine. Is there anyway to add zero's to the beginning of the binary number if the total digits have a remainder if divided by 4. Here's some of the code:
